The applicants voiced that the owner will not allow a sign anywhere else on the lot. Law <br />Department suggested the applicant look at the north west area on the site. The Building <br />department indicated that there was already three signs on the lot, and only one is allowed <br />by code. The board requested a feasibility study be conducted and submitted to the building <br />department within a month and return. <br />1V. <br />V. <br />J. Maloney moeed to table Repulblic Bank of 26777 Lorain Itoad until the September 9, <br />2004 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting. W. Kremzar seconded the motion which was <br />unanimously approved. <br />DISCUSSION OF RULES AND REGULATIONS: <br />Mr. Maloney reviewed that the board received the suggested rules and indicated that they <br />would like to discuss possible changes. Mr. Dubelko advised the board that they should <br />address the i-ules when both the City Planner and Assistant Law Director were present.
