4. A 145 foot variance for ground signs spacing, (see note #2), (code requires 200 ft., applicant shows 55 ft.), section (1163.26 (A)). 5. A 12.5 foot variance for ground sign (location from side lot line), (code requires 20 ft., applicant shows 7 ft. 5 inch), section (1163.26 (B)). Which is in violation of Ord. 90-125 sections (1163.17 (A)), (1163.26 (A)), and (1163.26(B)). Note # 1 This variance for space between existing ground sign and new grounds sign. Note # 2 This variance for space between new ground sign and new directional sign. Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Belknap with Mc Signs came forward to be sworn in and review the request. Mr. Belknap indicated that the owners decided to just reface the existing signs and paint the poles. The applicant passed out new sign packages to each Board member and indicated that the owners have decided to not go through the hassle of putting up a monument sign. Mr. Belknap voiced that this was his third time before the board and this would be the owner's last submittal. He suggested that due to the new sign package some of the current variances required would be eliminated. The Assistant Building Commission requested the proposal be tabled until the Building Department had an opportunity to review the new submittal. N. Sergi moved to table Bank One of (PP# 236-05-050), 4763 Great Northern Blvd. until meeting next. Applicant is to be placed at the top of the docket. W. A 122 square foot variance for a wall sign larger than code permits (sign A), (code permits 100 sq. ft., applicant shows 222 sq. ft.), section (1163.27 (C)). 4. A 188 square foot variance for a wall sign larger than code permits (sign B), (code permits 100 sq. ft., applicant shows 288 sq. ft.), section (1163.27 (C)). 5. A 188 square foot variance for a wall sign larger than code permits (sign C), (code permits 100 sq. ft., applicant shows 288 sq. ft.), section (1163.27 (C)). 6.
