Note # 1 This variance for space between existing ground sign and new <br />grounds sign. <br />Note # 2 This variance for space between new ground sign and new directional sign. <br />Chairman Maloney called all interested parties forward to review the request. Mr. Belknap <br />with Mc Signs came forward to be sworn in and review the request. Mr. Belknap indicated <br />that the owners decided to just reface the existing signs and paint the poles. The applicant <br />passed out new sign packages to each Board member and indicated that the owners have <br />decided to not go through the hassle of putting up a monument sign. Mr. Belknap voiced <br />that this was his third time before the board and this would be the owner's last submittal. <br />He suggested that due to the new sign package some of the current variances required would <br />be eliminated. The Assistant Building Commission requested the proposal be tabled until <br />the Building Department had an opportunity to review the new submittal. <br />N.
