CONEVCTIVICATIONS: <br />The Law Deparhnent advised that the Board could call an executive cession to deliberate the conclusion <br />of facts they received. The board could also incorporate the conclusions of facts into the body of the <br />March 4, 2004 minutes as well or they could be attached to the back of the minutes. Board members had <br />no changes to the minutes as written and voiced they wanted the conclusion of facts incorporated into the <br />body of the March 4, 2004 minutes. <br />W. Kremzar anoved to approve the Board of Zoning Appeals minutes c?ated March 4, 2004 as <br />written with the conclusions of facts received Aprel 1, 2004 incorporated into tlne body of tbe <br />minutes dated IVIa'rch 4, 2004. J. Maloney seconded the motion, whieh was unanimously approved. <br />Ms. Wenger reviewed that she had been working with other boards & commissions updating rules of <br />procedures and would like to work with the Board of Zoning Appeals board in developing a set of rules <br />of procedures. The Law Department and the City Planner will compile some ideas and the board <br />will address them at the next meeting. <br />V. ADJOIJRNMEN'Y': <br />J.
