Ms. Hayes mentioned that exercise was quite a bit ahead in 1994. Mr. Dolansky replied that
Jan Dzrinda is a private contractor in charge of Gymnastics and Exercise. he noted that many of
the programs had changes since that time and perhaps registration receipts were not falling during
the same time period anymore. Mrs. Saringer asked if we received a report from Tennis to see
why tennis receipts are down. Mr. Dolansky explained that once the new point-of-sale system is
in place detailed reports on receipts will be available with greater ease instead of trying to compile
information off of daily register tape spreadsheet reports. This new system will allow for ad hoc
comparison reports which would take a fraction of the time to generate in comparison to current
tracking methods. Mr. Dolansky stated that though their current system is recorded on computer
spreadsheets the data is not easily manipulated for comparisons from year to year.

Mr. Dolansky stated that the March, 1997 Year-To-Date Income Report showed we were right
on target with projections. In September of this year we will be having a minimum wage increase
