Mr. Stein presented material only costs of $17,765 (freight $650) on a Poligan
OCT 44 T Prefab building. Estimated costs of engineering drawings if needed by the building
department would be approximately $650.00. The concrete for pad and footings for 35 yards of
concrete and concrete wire would be $2,735. Total roofing costs were estimated at $500.00.
Electrical costs would run about $7,000, with the City to do the trenching.

The fireplace for the pavilion (depending on type of construction) was estimated at $6,000 by
Chimney Masters, Inc. and The Chimney and Masonry Co., which companies requested an
architectural drawing. Mr. Stein contacted Schill Architecture and sent them a copy of the prints.
Mr. Stein’s professional opinion is to erect the fireplace on the outer edge of the building, with the
location of the shelter recommended by Mr. Stein and Community Council as the old horseshoe
pit area because the area was measured and no trees must be taken down.
