NORC provides the ticket booth staffing. The revenue is split 80/20, with 80%
to Jeff Marshall, Inc. and 20% to NORC. The NORC takes 100% of skate rental. The skates
were held on Sundays 7:00 to 9:00pm with a different theme every week. Mr. Miller asked if the
ice could b rented from Mr. Marshall during his down time? Mr. Morgan said “yes”, and it has
been done recently.

Mr. Morgan referred then to a letter from Mr. Skarl, president of the Hot Stove organization,
requesting relief from the field permit fees ($5.00 permit fee and $7.00 preparation fee). The
permit fee is typically waived by the Recreation Commission each summer. This year, Mr. Skarl
is asking for consideration of relief of the preparation fee in lieu of dirt contributed for the fields
nd
by Hot Stove. Mrs. Hayes made a motion to waive both fees. Mr. Miller 2 the motion, with the
recommendation that any accounting changes be made in the beginning of the season for the
future seasons. All in favor. Motion passed.

Packet information was then reviewed briefly.

Revenue Report:
Page 3
