Rich Scott inquired if we are looking at our cooling system in light of the situation at Ford. Doug
answered by saying that he and John Lupica, maintenance, recently discovered one Saturday
morning, that someone was checking the chemicals for the cooling tower. The person doing this
stated that these are checked and added as necessary every Saturday. We may want to check with
the Health Department on the monitoring of this.

Axel Hoyer asked if the changing of Diamond #1 as the Varsity Baseball Field to Diamond #4 was
in the works. And the situation status with Hot Stove. Claire Hayes suggested Axel speak with
Todd Morgan on these issues.

MOTION TO ADJOURN
There was a motion by Dave Gardner to adjourn the meeting, with a second by Rich Scott. All
were in favor.

Meeting adjourned at 7:50pm.

Page 4
