The desiccant wheel was improperly installed, <br />causing irreparable damage. The desiccant wheel has been replaced and new belts put on. <br />Although we had to encumber the cost, the NORC has no intention to pay the bill. The Law <br />Dept. is involved, and presently, it appears that Vadakin will be responsible for payment, as they <br />chose not to have Munter representation present during installation. Vadakin has offered to pay <br />for damaged ceiling tiles. <br /> <br />REPORT BY MR.
