Todd stated that the plans will go back to <br />Chagrin Valley, and project to be put out to bid again, with the project to break ground in 60 <br />days. Randi noted that Community Council has volunteered to pay for the tennis nets. <br /> <br />REPORT BY SAFETY DIRECTOR <br />None. <br /> <br />SUB-COMMITTEE REPORT <br />None. <br /> <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />None. <br /> <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mike stated that City Council has found $9000 slated to come in for the Clague Park monopole, <br />which will be directed to the NORC to utilize as it sees fit. One idea, not well-received, was to <br />construct restrooms at Clague Park. The problem foreseen is vandalism. City Council has agreed <br />to allow the Rec. Dept. to utilize these funds as necessary. Mike inquired if Todd had any ideas <br />for the allocation of the $9000, and $600/month in rental fees to be allocated to the Rec fund. It <br />was proposed by Mike and Randi to put this money into the Capital Improvement Fund to use <br />toward the purchase of pool bleachers.
