It’s considered a <br />“cash cow” for recreation. Mr. Jesse <br />stated that the fitness center would be <br />considered for children (special <br />children) first, and if it’s put all <br />together, it would be there for the <br />benefit of disabled children, as well as <br />adults, depending on the time of the <br />day. There would also be a <br />possibility of corporate sponsorships, <br />and the City is very interested in <br />putting it together on the basis of the <br />existing space and doing it for as little <br />or no money, if possible. $200,000 <br />of equipment could easily be placed, <br />and there are government grants <br />available for this purpose. <br />Page 9 <br /> <br />
