Mr. Groden led the Pledge of Allegiance.

ROLL CALL

Members present were Terry Groden, Julie Nader, Norman Baxter and Kevin
Kearney. Members absent were Chris Scarl and John Lasko. Present for the
Administration was Jane Leaver.

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES

Julie Nader made note that there were three corrections to be made to the
minutes of May 3, 2010. They included: 1) Under old business - skate part
surveillance system, the second sentence should read “infra-red” light, 2) Under
old business – play ground ramp replacement at Barton Bradley, the first
sentence in the second paragraph should read “Julie Nader” inquired about the
priority list, and 3) Under new business, the third paragraph should reflect that
the Commission has asked for more information on the flag pole project from
Miguel Cora.

Incorporating these corrections, Mr. Baxter moved to approve the minutes, Mr.
Kearney seconded the motion and it passed 4 -0.

REPORTS

Jane Leaver distributed the Recreation Center revenue (May and YTD) and
expense (April) report to the Commission.
