REVENUE / EXPENSE:

Ms. Drenski noted that in comparison to 2009, revenues were up and expenses down for 2010.

There have been some changes with Enrichment programming in that we no longer have an
Enrichment supervisor. We have kept all of the programs so far however some of the programs
have not run do to lack of interest so there will be some changes with those in the future. There
will be a part time person instructing camp for the summer and that program will stay the same
as last year.

Mr. Ruggles asked if there is anything specific that has attributed to the Rink revenues increasing
over the last two years. Ms. Drenski replied that there was an addition of Avon, Westlake and
Brunswick for their games which will increase the revenues for this season and they have
agreed to come back next year.

NEW BUSINESS:

Mr. Garrity inquired about the traffic light as you are pulling out of the Recreation Center because
it allows only two or three cars through when turning left and is asking what would be the first step
to change it. Mr. Kearney said that he would contact the Safety director to see what can be done
regarding that situation. Mr. Garrity also noted that if a traffic survey is needed the Hockey Club
would help with the cost.

OLD BUSINESS:

Mr. Groden asked about the completion of the beams in the pool. Ms. Drenski replied that the
project was complete and everything went well.

VISITOR:

Ms. Powell noted that she is inspired with Ms. Drenski and Mr. Wetmore’s refreshing attitude
and willingness to listen to the concerns of patrons. Ms. Powell has heard from other patrons
as well that they are committed and do take care of whatever the concern that may have brought to
their attention. Ms. Powell has also talked with the staff here and found that they feel inspired
and encouraged. Ms. Powell stated that the she is very happy with the way Ms. Drenski and
Mr. Wetmore are managing the facility, and that we are lucky to have them.

Mr. Garrity stated that a number of people have commented on how nice everything looks with all
the improvements that have been made in the rink.
