<br /> RECREATION COMMISSION <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />26000 LORAIN ROAD <br />MINUTES FOR OCTOBER 1, 2012 <br />7:00 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mr. Groden called the meeting to order at 7:01 at the Recreation Complex Administrative <br />Offices and led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present: Terry Groden, Ed Garrity, Kevin Kearney, Chris Scarl, Marty Clancy <br /> <br />Absent: Paul Ruggles <br /> <br />Staff: Betsy Drenski, Commissioner; Chris Wetmore, Assistant Commissioner <br /> <br />Visitor: None <br /> <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />The minutes for August 6, 2012 have been approved. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER DRENSKI: <br /> <br /> <br />PROGRAM SUPERVISOR UPDATES – MICHAEL TILENNI & ROBERT BAIRD: <br /> <br />Ms. Drenski stated that Program Supervisor Michael Kish is no longer with the Recreation <br />Department. Our new Program Supervisor is Rob Baird, he previously held a Program <br />Supervisor position at Fairview Recreation Center. We also hired a new Pool Supervisor <br />Michael Tilenni, who will replace Erin Figueira. <br /> <br /> <br />REC. CENTER REPAIRS / WORK UPDATE: <br /> <br />Ms. Drenski reported that they are continuing to work with Pool Pac and Gardner Trane <br />to resolve the necessary issues with the dehumidification system. The floor in the first <br />aid room has been replaced with Mondo flooring from the rink, the walls were painted, <br /> <br />
