CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BUILDING & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />2018 INDEX <br />1. A 256 sq. ft. variance for total area of garages; code permits 750 sq. ft., applicant shows <br />2,372 sq. ft. Section 1135.02(B)(1)(a). A 1,366 sq. ft. garage total area variance was <br />previously granted. This would bring the total area variance to 1,622 sq. ft. of additional <br />garage space. <br />Note: Applicant is asking for a modification of the zoning variances granted on August 2, <br />2012 for size of garages and total area of garages. The variance granted for building height <br />will not change. <br />18-10718; Olive Garden; 25984 Lorain Road <br />Proposal consists of signage. Property is zoned B-3 General Business. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 1.01 sq. ft. variance for wall sign area on a building; code permits 73.81 sq. ft., <br />applicant shows 74.82 sq. ft., Section 1163.25(B). <br />2.
