Property is zoned B-3 General Business. <br />The following variances are requested: <br />1. A 3.5 ft. variance for rear yard parking setback; code prohibits parking and drives in <br />required buffer zones; applicant shows setback of 6 ft. 6 in., 10 ft. required.
