Section 11654.02. APIN Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. Forrester. The members had no questions or problems with the proposal. J. Helon moved to grant the variance for Richard W. Forrester, 4736 Porter Road for a 9 foot rear yard variance and a 51 foot front setback variance and also a special permit to add to a non -conforming dwelling, seconded by B. Grace, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 12. Joseph Gleuck, 24680 Gessner Road. Request for variance (1123.12). Request 20 square foot area variance and location variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.02(d). Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered .:to Mr..and Mrs-. Gleuck. The. members had .no problems with this request considering -the depth of the lot and the fact the shed would .be lined.up with the shed on the adjacent property. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for Joseph Gleuck at 24680 Gessner Road for a 20 square foot area variance and a location variance for a tool shed, seconded by B. Grace, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. 13. Andrew Gaydos, 26187 Byron Drive. Request for variance (1123.12);. Request 12 foot, 4 inch rear yard variance for patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Gaydos. Mr. Grace stated that the patio was so centrally located that he did not see how it could be a problem. R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for Andrew Gaydos at 26187 Byron Drive for a 12 foot, 4 inch rear yard variance for a patio enclosure, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. Chairman Bugala reminded the members that the July meeting had been rescheduled for July 11th, instead of the 4th. The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. P L14 il I
