Section 11654.02. <br />APIN <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. Forrester. The members had no questions or <br />problems with the proposal. J. Helon moved to grant the variance for <br />Richard W. Forrester, 4736 Porter Road for a 9 foot rear yard variance and <br />a 51 foot front setback variance and also a special permit to add to a <br />non -conforming dwelling, seconded by B. Grace, and unanimously approved. <br />Variance granted. <br />12. Joseph Gleuck, 24680 Gessner Road. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 20 square foot area variance <br />and location variance for tool shed. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section <br />1135.02(d). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered .:to Mr..and Mrs-. Gleuck. The. members had .no problems with <br />this request considering -the depth of the lot and the fact the shed would <br />.be lined.up with the shed on the adjacent property. R. Gomersall moved to <br />grant the request for Joseph Gleuck at 24680 Gessner Road for a 20 square <br />foot area variance and a location variance for a tool shed, seconded by B. <br />Grace, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />13. Andrew Gaydos, 26187 Byron Drive. <br />Request for variance (1123.12);. Request 12 foot, 4 inch rear yard <br />variance for patio enclosure. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section <br />1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. The oath <br />was administered to Mr. and Mrs. Gaydos. Mr. Grace stated that the patio <br />was so centrally located that he did not see how it could be a problem. <br />R. Gomersall moved to grant the request for Andrew Gaydos at 26187 Byron <br />Drive for a 12 foot, 4 inch rear yard variance for a patio enclosure, <br />seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously approved. Variance granted. <br />Chairman Bugala reminded the members that the July meeting had been <br />rescheduled for July 11th, instead of the 4th. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />P <br />L14 <br />il <br />I <br />
