Mr. Bugala <br />stated that this is a 33-2 foot variance on the south side of the property. <br />The members had no problem with the request. J. Helon moved to grant the <br />variance to Hennie Homes, Inc. 55192 Quail Run for 3.75 foot rear yard <br />variance from one portion of irregular lot line, seconded by R. Gomersall <br />and unanimously approved. <br />10. Hennie Homes, Inc. 5543 Pheasants Walk Dr. <br />Request for variance (1123.12). Request 12.34 foot rear yard variance for <br />covered porch. Violation of Ord. 87-93, Section 1135.08(a). <br />Chairman Bugala called all interested parties before the Board. Mr. Welke <br />had been sworn in previously. The oath was administered to Mr. and Mrs. <br />Bugay, the future owners. Mr.. Welke explained that the request is <br />actually for a 8 foot 10 inch variance, not 12.34 as stated in the <br />agenda. He explained that the porch was included by the salesman, and he <br />was not aware of it at first. The members had no problem with the <br />request. B. Grace moved to grant the 8 foot 10 inch variance for Hennie <br />Homes, Inc., 5543 Pheasants Walk Dr, seconded by J. Helon, and unanimously <br />approved. Variance granted. <br />11. Richard W.
