} <br />North Olmsted Civil Service Commission <br />s. May 27, 1976 <br />Page 2 <br />A motion was presented by Jack Grady that the following new resolutions <br />be adopted by the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission, amending the <br />"Resolution For The Employees of the City of North Olmsted" passed on <br />September 25, 1969, and establishing classification status for the <br />Engineering; Building; Recreation Center; Waste -Water Department; and <br />Service Department. <br />NEW RESOLUTION FOR THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Whereas; this Commission, under Section 124.40, Ohio Revised Code, is <br />charged with the duty of prescribing, amending and enforcing rules for <br />the classification for positions in the Civil Service of the City of <br />North Olmsted; and <br />Whereas; this Commission has determined to extend the Civil Service <br />classification to the officers positions and employments in the Civil <br />Service of the City of North Olmsted; and <br />Whereas; this Commission as directed in Section 124.11 under unclassified <br />and classified and Section 124.30 under temporary and exceptional appoint- <br />ments has examined the several categories and job requirements in the <br />several positions in the City of North Olmsted in order to determine those <br />employees who should be included in the competitive classified service, <br />the unskilled labor class, the.unclassified service and the classified <br />non-competitive service. <br />
