�r Minutes -Dec. 1, 1983 <br />0 <br />CITY OF NORTH OL/V1STED <br />CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION <br />NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO <br />a� <br />U <br />December 1, 1983 <br />'Ihe North Olmsted Civil Service Meeting was called to order by Chairman, Roger <br />Alexander at 7:58 P.M. In attendance were the following: <br />Phillip Huffman - Commissioner <br />Patricia Bahas - Secretary <br />Joseph P. Corrigan - North Olmsted Service Director <br />Paul Gareau - Guest <br />Brigette Tripp - OAPSE Field Representative <br />William Alm - President OAPSE <br />Edward Boyle - North Olmsted Finance Director <br />Minutes <br />The minutes of the October 22nd meeting were approved as read. <br />Motion: <br />Motion to suspend regular order of Agenda items in order to allow Brigette <br />Tripp and William Alm to address the Commission, was made by Roger Alexander <br />and seconded by Phillip Huffman. Motion passed. <br />New Business <br />Ms. Tripp and Mr. Alm requested commission members to initiate procedures for <br />establishing an eligibility list for Head Custodian - Junior High - Senior High <br />and to up -date and revise the custodial and cleaner job descriptions. The <br />Commission directed Mrs. Bahas to schedule an eligibility test for the Head <br />Custodial position and assured the OAPSE representatives that a revision process <br />was already underway and the Board of Education job descriptions were scheduled <br />
