. r <br />04 <br />CIVIL SERVICE MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 21, 1991 <br />PAGE 2 <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />The Commission received a full list of who is union and who's non- <br />union. At this time, Mr. Gundy would like to receive a copy and <br />edit it as much as he can and then the Commission will get together <br />with the Law Director and discuss who should/should not be <br />classified. <br />The Civil Service Commission received a sample test for the Building <br />Inspector opening from Cooperative Personnel Services CPS out of CA. <br />Mr. Gundy took the test to review it and will get back with the <br />Commission and let us know if he thinks it would be a good test to <br />give. He will return the test in about a week. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Mr. Gundy thought that the commission should notify Mr. Wilamosky <br />that we want to be notified when someone is coming in under union <br />and non-union, discharged, retirements, etc. everyone except <br />part-time employees. Therefore, the commission can have a complete <br />up-to-date record of everyone in the city whether they are union, <br />non-union, civil service and for what position they are hired for. <br />Henry Robinson would like the secretary to send the Building <br />Inspector ad to Minority Business Association in Cleveland, <br />for anyone who is interested in taking the test. <br />Al Kovelan advised the Secretary to send Bob Wendt a letter asking <br />him, to return his Codified Ordinance, if he has it, for the City of <br />North Olmsted so that it can be up -dated. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />As there were no other issues to be brought before the Commission, <br />the meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm.
