Benjamin and unanimously approved. <br />E) Police Captain's examination. Pending commission approval, the Police Captain's examination <br />will be 100% oral assessment and administered by the Ohio Association of Chiefs of Police the <br />morning of January 17, 1998 @ the police station. Candidates will have ten days, after the oral <br />assessment results are sent out, to request a review and/or protest the assessment. After a decision <br />is made on all protests, final rankings will be established. The Police Captain's letters have been <br />submitted to the Civil Service Commission for approval. E. Cummings motioned to approve the <br />"Captain's Intent Letters," seconded by S. Benjamin and unanimously approved. <br />F) Police Chief s examination.
