I have reviewed the commissions proposed new wording for paragraph d of section <br />8 of Rule III, and recommend that the following language be used instead: <br />"D. Seniority credit will be granted only for an applicant's years of service within either the <br />North Olmsted Police Department or the North Olmsted Fire Department. Seniority credit <br />will not be credited for any of the applicant's service time with any other department or <br />division of the City of North Olmsted, or for any, of the applicant's service time with any other <br />municipal corporation, or for any other political subdivision of the State of Ohio, or the State <br />of Ohio itself or any of its agencies.
