Once the results of the written test are received the clerk will contact each of the
commissioners so a special meeting can be held to certify the written test results. No further
comments were made.
2). The Commissioners need to be updated on the Secretary testing program that the Clerk
has been reviewing.
The clerk reviewed that the secretarial test (Office Proficiency Assessment & Certification)
was received and she had started reviewing the testing material.
