Farrell motioned to approve the written test for police officer to be given Monday, June 25, <br />2001. The motion was seconded by J. Thomay and was unanimously approved. <br />D) The commissioners need to approve the testing company chosen to administer the Police entry <br />level written test and the use of the Community cabin as the testing site. <br />J. Thomay motioned to approve Personnel Selection Services out of Bay Village, Ohio to <br />administer the Police entry level written test and to use the Community Cabin as the testing site. <br />The motion was seconded by L. Zolar and unanimously approved. <br />E) Commissioners need to make a motion to approve the application packets and study guides. <br />J. Thomay motioned to approve the application packets and study guides. P. Farrell seconded <br />the motion and was unanimously approved. <br />F) The commissioners need to set the passing score for the written and agility entry level police <br />tests. <br />P. Farrell motioned to set the passing score for the written and agility entry level police tests at a <br />score of 70%. The motion was seconded by J. Thomay and unanimously approved. <br />G) Commissioners need to give approval for the adds that will be placed in the Plain Dealer, West <br />Life and Chronicle. <br />P. Farrell motioned to place the ad for the written entry level police test in the Plain Dealer, <br />WestLife and the Chronicle. The motion was seconded by L. Zolar and unanimously approved. <br />H) The Commissioners need to make a motion to hire St. John West Shore to administer the Entry <br />level Police agility test on July 29, 2001, as well as give their approval to use the North Olmsted <br />Recreation (tennis Courts) for 8 hours that same day. <br />L. The motion was seconded by J. Thomay and was <br />unanimously approved. <br />I) Commissioners received notice that Council will be on vacation the month of August, 2001. <br />Mr. Thomay questioned if anyone had any vacation plans. Mr. Farrell indicated that the <br />summer months would be a good time for his vacation. Mrs. Zolar indicated that she would be <br />in town this summer, so it doesn't matter much. Mr. Farrell suggested taking July and August <br />for the vacation months. Mr. Thomay indicated that they could do that. <br />rd <br />
