further discussion of the submitted letters the board requested a few changes be made to the <br />wording of the letters prior to being sent out. The Secretary is to change the wording to read <br />Copy of rule N which outlines the rules and regulations regarding the process for examination, <br />protest and the inspection of the examination papers are enclosed for your connivance. The <br />Secretary indicated that she would re -write the letters and get them out prior to leaving for the <br />night. Discussion regarding how the secretary sets the time blocks up for the protest period took <br />place. The board discussed that the Building Commissioner established the extra credit for an <br />inspector's license. <br />2. Discussion regarding wording for updating Civil Service Handbook. <br />The chairman reviewed that prior to the start of the entry level Police and Fire Fighter exam the <br />commission needs to change the writing in the Civil Service handbook to allow the City to <br />except Cuyahoga Community College agility program. The clerk indicated that she would <br />contact the college to affirm that the City is grand fathered into their entry-level fire fighters <br />agility test. She would also request a list of the other communities whom participated in setting <br />the program up. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT: <br />R. Giesser motion to adjourn the meeting. M.
