Assistant Law Director O'Malley questioned were the board was in regards to Mr. Benggeli's question as to <br />whether or not he is classified or unclassified. The Commissioners voiced that they are trying to gather <br />information from the Personnel department regarding all job descriptions, as the issue is larger than just one <br />person's classification. The secretary was instructed to send a memo to the personnel director to find out the <br />status of the job descriptions. The secretary was also instructed to send Mr. Hohmann a copy of the <br />classification sheets that the commission has been working with so that he can get an idea as to where they <br />are in the process. <br />V. NEW BUSINESS: <br />1. Commissioners need to certify Building Inspector test results. <br />Ms. Giesser reviewed that the commission created the eligible list on March 1, 2004. There were <br />no protests filed during the protest period. Therefore, the commission will certify the top 5 names <br />to the appointing authority. So that he may start the interviewing process. Giesser motion to certify the top 5 ranking names ((1 David Bixler), (2 Thomas Vanover), <br />(3 John Scheider), (4 Ted Bowman), and (5 David Knight)) to the appointing authority. M. <br />Ubaldi seconded the motion, which was unanimously approved. <br />2. Civil Service office received the State Personnel Board of Review forms. <br />Ms. Giesser instructed the secretary to gather all the required information so that the commission <br />could address the state report at their April 19, 2004, meeting. <br />VI. ADJOURNMENT: <br />R. Giesser motion to adjourn the meeting. W. Hohmann seconded the motion, which was <br />unanimously approved.
