R. If they will not take back the certified checks the
clerk is to deposit the checks and request refunds be issued to those candidates entitled to a refund.
Mss Giesser asked the clerk of make sure the testing company agrees to place the time completed
on each and every candidates tests sheets as time complete is a factor in ranking.
V. NEW BUSINESS:
Mss. Giesser reviewed that the clerk has asked what the commissioners what to do regarding those
who do not submit a copy of their agility certificates by November 15, 2004 filing deadline. 23
candidates have not turned in any documents regarding agility. The commission can have the clerk send a letter to those 23 candidates who have not submitted
their certification, stating that they have failed to meet their requirement regarding agility and will
be removed unless it is submitted by November 15, 2004.
R. Giesser moved to draft a letter to those fire candidates who have not submitted agility test
certification advising them that if their certification is not received on or before November 15,
2004 the commission will hear and consider the removal of their name from the eligibility list
on December 20, 2004.
