CI VIL SER VICE COMMISSION INDEX FOR 2005 MEETINGS NOVEMBER 21, 2005 Mrs. Giesser made a motion to accept the minutes of October 17, 2005 as submitted and with Mr. Ubaldi's correction, accept the minutes of November 1, 2005. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously passed. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to renew the OPAC plan ($859.00). Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously passed. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to adopt the Civil Service Job Classification list with each job in the City of North Olmsted being determined by the Commission to be either classified or unclassified. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously passed. The list is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to adopt Rule IV with the suggested changes. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Rule IV is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to adopt Rule VIII as drafted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Rule VIII is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to adopt Rule X as drafted. Mrs. Giesser seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Rule X is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the draft for Rule XI. Mrs. Giesser seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Rule XI is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to accept the draft to Rule XII as proposed, complete through the new language in Section 8. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Rule XII is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to adopt Rule XIII as proposed. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Rule XIII is attached to the Civil Service minutes dated November 21, 2005. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to delete the whole contents of Rule XIV and adopt the draft proposal. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to cancel the December meeting. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mrs. Giesser made a motion to change the Civil Service meeting to January 23, 2006. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and unanimously approved.
