CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION INDEX FOR 2005 MEETINGS <br />JULY 18, 2005 <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to approve the minutes as submitted. The motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Ubaldi and unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to cancel the meeting in August. Mrs. Giesser seconded the motion and <br />unanimously approved. <br />AUGUST 8, 2005 (special meeting) <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to remove Michael Rodriques and Mark Baltakis from the Firefighters <br />Entry -Level eligibility list. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to certify Jeffery Halsak and Kevin Zywiec to the Fire Department's top <br />five eligibility list. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. <br />AUGUST 15, 2005 <br />MEETING CANCELLED <br />SEPTEMBER 19, 2005 <br />Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. The motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Hohmann and unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to pay the Commissioners one (1) check at the end of 2005. Mr. Ubaldi <br />seconded the motion and unanimously approved. <br />OCTOBER 17, 2005 <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to accept the September 19, 2005 minutes as submitted. The motion <br />was seconded by Mr. Ubaldi and unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to send a memo to all employees of the City of North Olmsted attaching <br />the list of positions and their determinations. The Commission will be voting on the list at the next <br />regular meeting in November and if anyone has any comments, to submit them in writing within two <br />weeks. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion. Roll call on the motion: Mr. Ubaldi; no, Mr. <br />Hohmann; yes, and Mrs. Giesser; yes. Motion carried. <br />NOVEMBER 1, 2005 <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to adopt the changes to Rule IX. Mr. Ubaldi seconded the motion and <br />unanimously approved. <br />Mrs. Giesser made a motion to adopt the changes to Rule VII, section 9. Mr. Hohmann seconded the <br />motion and unanimously passed. <br />
