CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION INDEX FOR 2007MEETINGS Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify Giles Selig, Joseph Wantz, Daniel Root, Andrew Sasak, and Eric Hack for the vacancy created by Todd Kirkpatrick. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove Christopher Holloway's name from the Entry -Level Firefighters Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify the name of Daniel Root for Weisbarth vacancy. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion. Roll call on the motion: B. Hohmann; yes, K. Zolar; no, M. Ubaldi; yes. Motion carried. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the accepted applications and reject the application with the personal check. The applicant's personal check will be returned. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. SEPTEMBER 17, 2007 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to establish the Building Inspector Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify the following names for the vacant position of Building Inspector and forward their information to the Safety Director: Michael Gero, David Frolo, Neal Dorenkott, Scott Tuttle, and Joseph Gyorky. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to schedule a hearing for October 1, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. for the matter described involving the parties pertinent to it and instruct the secretary to engage in all notification and appropriation concomitant thereto.
