Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to notify Christopher Holloway that he will be removed from the eligible list for relevant causes and is set for hearing at the next regular scheduled meeting. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion for candidates for the position of firefighter/paramedic, Mark Carbone and Todd Skinner, have the age requirement waived until December 31, 2007. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to cancel the regular Civil Service Meeting scheduled for August 20, 2007 and that all business that would have been scheduled for August 201h, including the hearing for removal of candidate Holloway from the Firefighter's eligible list, is rescheduled for August 27, 2007. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to removed Jeffrey Madej's name from the Entry -Level Corrections Officer Eligible List. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify and forward to the appointing authority information for Peter Pajunas and James Goetz from the Corrections Officer Eligible List.
