Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify the following seven (7) names and forward to the appointing authority contact information for the position of Building Inspector: Michael Gero, Scott Tuttle, Gregory Munro, Jeffrey Rettberg, David Lasardo, Robert Mate, and Neil Ammons. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. AUGUST 18, 2008 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to amend Rule III, Section 7d, Efficiency Rating (M) Meets Expectations be listed at one (1) point. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to amend Rule XI, Section 5, Subsection b3 to read "Within the classification the employee held immediately prior to holding the classification from which the employee was laid off, so long as that employee meets the minimum "position specific" or bona fide occupational qualifications established by the appointing authority for said classification." Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Commission stand notified by the Service Director of the reorganization of the Waste Water Treatment Plant and have no objection against the plan. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to remove the following names from the Corrections Officer Eligible List: Peter Pajunas, Colleen Eynon and Jeffrey Yost. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to certify the following three (3) names and forward to the appointing authority contact information for the position of Corrections Officer: John Takach, Andrew Rotuno and Dominik Pendleton.
