Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to hold a Service Foreman Examination as per the above stated details on Saturday, November 15, 2008. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. OCTOBER 20, 2008 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. NOVEMBER 17, 2008 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the amended minutes. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Civil Service Commission indicate that the obligations upon the appointing authority in regards to the Civil Service Commission being informed of justifications for a lay off, and in this case the abolishment of a position, have been satisfied. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to amend Rule XI, Section 6a with the above stated language. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the 2009 calendar for the North Olmsted Civil Service Commission. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved. NOVEMEBER 24, 2008 (Special Meeting) Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Civil Service Commission establishes the eligible list for the position of Service Foreman. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Civil Service Commission certifies Alan Herman to the appointing authority for the position of Service Foreman. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. Mr. Ubaldi made a motion that the Civil Service Commission confer to the appointing authority the respective feedback comments or reports from the assessment to be distributed to the respective candidates at its discretion. Ms. Zolar seconded the motion and unanimously approved. DECEMBER 15, 2008 Mr. Ubaldi made a motion to accept the minutes as submitted. Mr. Hohmann seconded the motion and unanimously approved.
