Patrol Officer Eligible List <br />The Secretary summarized the correspondence and actions taken on the Entry -Level Patrol Officer <br />Eligible List. The following two (2) names have now been passed over three (3) times and the <br />Commission will forward hearing letters to the candidates for a hearing date of 7/21/14: Benjamin <br />Miller and Shane Spencer, <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to certify the following names <br />from the Entry -Level Patrol Officer EIigible List: William Quinn, Steven Fedorko, David <br />Boss, Ryan Acker, and Julio Camargo. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to remove the following names <br />from the Entry -Level Patrol Officer Eligible List due to the receipt of the voluntary removal <br />letters: William Quinn and Andrew March. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Entry -Level Firefighter/Paramedic Examination Results/Eligible List <br />Chairman Barrett advised that there were 53 applicants that took the Entry -Level Firefighter test <br />and every individual passed. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Rahm, to accept the Entry -Level <br />Firefighter/Paramedic Ranking List results as submitted. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to certify the Entry -Level <br />Firefighter/Paramedic Eligible List as submitted. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />There are five candidates on the firefighter/Paramedic Eligible List that have expired Agility <br />Certifications. Hearing notifications will be sent to those candidates. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Rahm, to certify the top seven (7) <br />names on the Entry -Level Firefighter/Paramedic Eligible List and forward those names to the <br />appointing authority. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Secretary II Examination Process <br />A general discussion commence regarding the Secretary II Examination Process: calendar, Human <br />Resources will administer the test, thumb printing, rule amendment regarding conviction of a <br />felony, IPMA written test, and computer test. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to accept the Secretary 11 <br />testing packet and start the testing procedure. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />
