VI. <br />J <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to amend Rule III, Section 7e, <br />by removing Superior, Thoroughly Competent, and Acceptable and replace with "Exceeds <br />Accepted Standards" — 3 points; "Above Accepted Standards" — 2 points; "Fulfills all the <br />Requirements of Successful Operation" —1 point; "Marginal. Improvement Needed" —zero <br />points; and "Failing to Meet Minimum Requirements of Successful Operation" — zero points. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />Set for Hearing Candidates on Entry -Level Patrol Officer <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Rahm, to remove the names of Ryan <br />Malone and Vincent Wright, candidates on the Entry -Level Patrol Officer Eligible List, due to <br />voluntary removal letters received by the Commission and certifies the name of Michael <br />Pische from the Entry -Level Patrol Officer Eligible List. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />The Commission distributed letters to sixteen (16) candidates on the Entry -Level Patrol Officer Eligible List <br />inquiring their status. The Commission did receive seven (7) affirmative responses plus one (1) voluntary <br />removal and eight (8) candidates did not respond at all. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to set for hearing for removal <br />from the Entry -Level Patrol Officer Eligible List the candidates that did not respond to the <br />Commission's correspondence regarding their status. The names are James Stolarik, Jr., <br />Michael Pische, Anthony Palcisko, Dominique Whitney, Prezemslaw Piekut, Thomas Daley, <br />Mitchell Gobely, and Joseph Ruic. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />General discussion commenced regarding a certified name, hearing of same name, and the compliment of the <br />Police Department. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Hayes, to certify the name of Patrielt <br />Pizzuli. <br />Motion passed unanimously <br />Classified List <br />Chairman Barrett would like to table this issue. <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Rahm, to table the classified list and <br />discuss at a later date. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />Chairman Barrett moved, seconded by Commissioner Rahm, that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motioned passed unanimously.
