- 3 - Annual Report - 1965 <br />Board of Building Code Appeals <br />Mr. Dansberg made motion that Swimming Pool Preliminary_ Draft of <br />June 1961 be passed or Minimum Standard for Public and Semi -Public <br />Pools of the National Swimming Pool Institute December 1962 be adopted <br />0.1 until such time as Preliminary Draft is accepted. James McEntee seconded. <br />Unanimously approved.. <br />Regular Meeting - June 30, 1965 <br />Letter from Council read stating Minimum. Standard for Public and Seri - <br />Public Pools of the National Swimming Pool Institute December 1962 has <br />been adopted. <br />Public hearing required. by Ord, #63-222 held regard_1ng moving a house from <br />the Medina Freeway to Perm. Parcel X237-12-27 Virginia Ave. Variance asked <br />on sideline restrictions. Al Dansberg made motion that decision be held <br />until such time as further information is obtained. William McMichael <br />seconded. Unanimous. <br />Special Meeting - Jud 15, 1965 <br />Hearing requested. June 30, 1965 continued. Plans and information requested <br />by Board were presented. James McEntee made motion permit be granted if the <br />following conditions are complied with: petition with signature of property <br />owners be turned over to Board of Zoning Appeals, square foot area. and side- <br />line restrictions met, house to be completed outside and landscaping in withi <br />6 months from date of permit. Al Dansberg seconded. Unanimously approved. <br />Discussion held on house on Stearns Road - 6 months time lapse is up. <br />Mr. Hebebrand will send letter to Building Commissioner notifying him of the <br />time lapse. <br />Regular Meeting - August 7, 1965 <br />Public hearing required by Ordinance #63-224 to move a house from 25725 <br />Lorain Road to 211.259 Mastiek Road. William Gilbert made motion permit be <br />granted if following requirements are net: median setback between house <br />on East side and house on West side be met, rear to meet necessary support, <br />building code reauirerrents met, house be completed and landscaring in within <br />6 months from date of permit. Mr. Hebebrand seconded. Unanimous, <br />Mr. Gilchrist appeared before Board in regard to property at 6236 Stearns Rd. <br />Ditch pipe is to be installed and ditch covered running across front of <br />property according to City or County Engineers specifications. <br />Appeal required by Ord. #62-172 to use a stucco exterior finish on Veterinary <br />Hospital at 292x3 Lorain Road. William McMichael made motion to approve use <br />of stucco on 3 sides with brick front. Robert Hebebrand seconded. Unanimous, <br />Board of Building Code Appeals By -Laws Article VII Sec. 2 "Hearings" to read <br />"ten (10) days" instead of 5 days. <br />Regular Meeting - September 11,_ 1965 <br />Discussion was held with City Engineer, Richard Labas on the use of Premium <br />Joint and Slip -Seal pipe. <br />
