Unanimously approved. <br />Mr. Gundy stated that Ordinance has been massed to adopt the National <br />Air Heating and Air Conditioning Code, supplementing Chapt. 91 Ord #264! <br />per Board's request. Copies will be furnished to Board. <br />Regular Meeting - November 6, 1965 <br />Appeal heard requesting use of cement block on north wall of eomercial <br />building at Lorain and Elmhurst Roads. Decision will be held until <br />November 10, 1965. <br />Appeal heard requesting use of cement block on 3 rear exrosures of builds <br />at 2682)" Lorain Road.. Remaining walls to be brick. Albert Dansberg made <br />motion to aprrove, James McEntee seconded. Unanimous. <br />The National Swimming Pool Institute Minimum Standards for Residential Pot <br />January 5, 1961 was discussed. It was the unanimous decision of the Boars <br />adort with the following additions; <br />(a) Height of top of underground type pools to be high enough, with prop <br />sloping*, to prevent infiltration of surrounding ground surface water <br />(b) Pg. 5 -Item 2B to read: Filter tanks shall be supported on reinforces <br />concrete base in a manner to prevent tipping or settling. <br />(c) Insrections durin7 construction: <br />(1) Underground work before backfill and coverup. <br />(2) Mechanical, electrical and heating before coverup. <br />(3) Final insrection before completed pool is put into operation. <br />(d} Plans to be submitted for permit to include, plot plan, structural <br />and mechanical plan, scale at least 1/8" to 1 foot. <br />(e) Location of pools: Pools to be located in rear or side ,yards, or <br />indoors, but not in front ,yards. <br />Decision of the Board to request an ordinance be passed to change Regional <br />House Code, page 75 Sec. 1575.10 Plywood Roof Sheathinp (Item A -Minimum <br />Thickness) to read: "Pitched roofs with wood and asphalt sh.ings, rafter sr <br />16" and 20 on center to be changed from plywood minimum thickness of 3/8" <br />exterior grade to 1/2 t` exterior grade". <br />Discussion held on yearly fire and building inspection for multiple dwellin <br />William Gilbert will look into the Cleveland Code. <br />November 10, 1965 - Supplement to November 6, 1965 minutes <br />Unanimous decision of Board to deny use of cement block on rear wall of <br />building at Lorain and Elmhurst Roads, since rear is visible from the two <br />side streets. Brick is to be used on all four sides. <br />Special Yeeting - November 16, 1965 <br />Public hearing held to move brick dwelling from 2682)" -Lorain Road to <br />6155 Fitch Road. Al Dansberg made motion to approve providing Board of <br />Zoning Appeals approves sub -dividing, lot with variance on lot size and. that <br />sideline, setback and square foot requirerents are net. Robert Hebebrand <br />seconded. 3 members approved, 1 against. <br />
