- 5 - Annual Report - 1965 <br />Board of Building Code Appeals <br />Regular Meeting - December h, 1965 <br />Appeal presented to build a cement block garage on Columbia Road. The Board <br />denied use of block as the garage would eventually be £acini* New Route ;#252. <br />Appeal was withdrawn until such time as more information is obtained as to <br />location of the new road. <br />Discussion held on Thru-The-Wall Vented Heaters. Decision of the Board that <br />after the heater is installed owner is to leave the outereap off until <br />inspection, so that inspector can check double pipe to make sure it is <br />installed correctly. <br />William Gilbert presented information from other communities regarding <br />yearly building and fire inspections. Copies will be sent to Mayor, <br />Law Director and Council members. <br />Item (b) of recommendations for Swimming Pool ordinance questions as to <br />how thick concrete base should be.
