James confirmed that 12 recycling and 12 waste bins have been <br />requested from the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste District. Keith will organize his Boy Scout <br />troop to assist with event clean up. Leah, Wilma and Stephanie will coordinate Girl Scout <br />involvement for a craft table. Leah will make a list of food trucks and will allow the group to <br />vote on their favorites either online or at a meeting. Jackie will organize seed pack giveaways <br />with Commission -branded stickers. A committee meeting will be scheduled within the next <br />week. <br />Print Materials <br />James will create a rack card highlighting events from February through May and will have them <br />ready for the Open Mic Night event. Kim suggested developing a unique brand for the yoga <br />series and suggested printing coasters as a new way to advertise the Commission at various <br />events. It was agreed that the Commission will submit a Homecoming ad. <br />Arts Commission Instagram <br />Leah created an Arts Commission Instagram account and will share it with those members who <br />are on the platform. It will be used to cross -post from the Celebrate North Olmsted Facebook <br />page and broaden reach to a wider online audience. <br />North Olmsted Community Council Dues <br />Jackie said North Olmsted Community Council dues for 2019 amount to $20 for the year. Wilma <br />agreed to be the Commission's representative to Community Council for the 2019 year.
