Gareau, administered the Oath of Office to the following Board members: Albert Dansberg, Norman Carlton, Franklyn Yehlick, and John Marquard. It was determined that regular meetings will be held at 10:00 A.M., on the first Saturday of each month, at the City Hall, With the exception that in the event a holiday celebrated nationally shall fall on that day, the day previous, or the day following, then at the discretion of the Chairman the following Saturday shall'replace the meeting date. Also, all hearings shall be held at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday upon a three (3) day notice from the Chairman. 40 The Building Commissioner, Ernest J. Gundy led the discussion regarding the Regional Building Code in relation to the Regional Dwelling Code. Regular Meeting March 5, 1960: Mayor, Paul J. Gareau, administered the Oath of Office to Mr. Jack Foltz. The Board recommended that a copy of the minutes of March 27, 1959 be sent to the Solicitor, C. J. Oviatt, in order to obtain a ruling in connection with a $25.00 fee charge for appeal, as set forth in Paragraph 1513.12 of the Regional Dwelling Code, entitled "Time fee and nature of Appeal". Regular Meeting April 2, 1960: Recommendation by the Board that a fee of Fifteen Dollars, $15.00, be established for each appeal, to be submitted to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Building Code of Appeals Board application form was approved. Regular Meeting May 7, 1960: Discussion ensued regarding sound and proper insulating qualities in building structures, together with a new type of insulated sheathing board which was presented by Thermo -Ply Corporation.
