Gareau, administered the Oath of Office to the <br />following Board members: Albert Dansberg, Norman Carlton, <br />Franklyn Yehlick, and John Marquard. <br />It was determined that regular meetings will be held at 10:00 <br />A.M., on the first Saturday of each month, at the City Hall, <br />With the exception that in the event a holiday celebrated <br />nationally shall fall on that day, the day previous, or the <br />day following, then at the discretion of the Chairman the <br />following Saturday shall'replace the meeting date. Also, all <br />hearings shall be held at 10:00 A.M., on Saturday upon a three <br />(3) day notice from the Chairman. <br />40 The Building Commissioner, Ernest J. Gundy led the discussion <br />regarding the Regional Building Code in relation to the Regional <br />Dwelling Code. <br />Regular Meeting March 5, 1960: <br />Mayor, Paul J. Gareau, administered the Oath of Office to <br />Mr. Jack Foltz. <br />The Board recommended that a copy of the minutes of March 27, <br />1959 be sent to the Solicitor, C. J. Oviatt, in order to obtain <br />a ruling in connection with a $25.00 fee charge for appeal, as <br />set forth in Paragraph 1513.12 of the Regional Dwelling Code, <br />entitled "Time fee and nature of Appeal". <br />Regular Meeting April 2, 1960: <br />Recommendation by the Board that a fee of Fifteen Dollars, <br />$15.00, be established for each appeal, to be submitted to <br />the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. <br />The Building Code of Appeals Board application form was <br />approved. <br />Regular Meeting May 7, 1960: <br />Discussion ensued regarding sound and proper insulating qualities <br />in building structures, together with a new type of insulated <br />sheathing board which was presented by Thermo -Ply Corporation. <br />Page 1. <br />
