�r <br />V <br />Annual Report - Board of Building Code Appeals - 1960 <br />Regular Meeting September 10, 1960 - Continued <br />Approved an inspection by the Board for two homes on Decker Road <br />owned by Klemm Construction Co., and one on Clague Road owned by <br />Murry Construction Company relating to grade problems. <br />Regular Meeting October 1, 1960: <br />Recommendation approved for a joint meeting with the Mayor, <br />Planning Commission and Zoning Board regarding an Architectural <br />Board of Review. <br />Further discussion relative to Regional Dwelling House Code, <br />Paragraph 1513.12, entitled 'Time Fee and Notice of Appeal", <br />awaiting Council's determination. <br />Regular Meeting November 5, 1960: <br />Copies of the Architectural Board of Review forms to be submitted <br />to the Mayor, Solicitor, Planning Commission, Zoning Board, and <br />the Council, together with a letter to the Council requesting <br />acknowledgment of same for approval and adoption. <br />Reply received from the Legislative Committee of Council regarding <br />cast iron sewer pipe in concrete slab dwellings and the recommenda- <br />tion pertaining to adoption of the Regional Dwelling Code as <br />prepared by the Regional Planning Commission. <br />A proposed North Olmsted Civic Development was presented to the <br />Board for consideration by Mr. Kadylak, Chairman of the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Regular Meeting December 3, 1960: <br />A review of the 1960 proceedings, and the outlook for activities <br />for the year 1961 was discussed by the members of the Board. <br />Respectively submitted, <br />John Marquard, Secretary <br />
