scope of the event. Ms. Lieber pointed out that this is meant to be a similar event to the 2015
history tour but will have smaller buses and more activities available at Frostville. Mr. Neville
believed the history tours were a huge hit but this time there will be more emphasis on the
Frostville activities so Frostville will be busy while the tours are going on. At this time, the goal
is to have three buses do three different routes with fewer stops. The event will be July 12'h from
124PM. The Ohio History Fund grants will be awarded at the end of February and then final
decisions can be made by the committee.
2019 Year in Review
Ms. Lieber likes that the Year in Review puts the local history into context of the larger state and
national happenings. She suggested including some Frostville highlights in the document since
they are a significant history -related organization in the community. Mr. Morse was surprised the
Solar Co-op made it to North Olmsted in 2019 and thought it should be included. Ms. Lieber
asked for further comments before the end of the month so a revised draft could be ready for
review at the next meeting.
Certificates of Appropriateness
A minor change was approved by Mr. Neville on December 6, 2019 for a new roof at 26872
Butternut Ridge Road. Mr. Neville approved it since the new roof was similar in color to the
previous roof even though the three -tab shingles were being replaced by dimensional shingles.
ADJOURNMENT
With no further business, the in eting adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
David Neville, Chair Nicole Rambo -Ackerman, Administrative
Assistant
Date: X
