9. The north end of Building 2 shall be recessed by 5 feet to prevent vehicle/pedestrian <br />conflicts; <br />10. The existing guardrail shall be inspected and repaired; <br />11. The existing retaining wall along the neighboring car dealership shall be inspected and <br />repaired if necessary; <br />12. If the commercial building is not constructed with the balance of project, the applicant <br />shall submit a temporary landscaping plan for administrative review; and <br />13. The Commission waives the requirement of a minimum of 75% high quality building <br />materials. <br />Motion approved 6-0. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Sign Code Update <br />The draft code will be emailed to the Planning and Design Commission, Steering Committee and <br />sign code stakeholders for review. Planning and Design Commission's public hearing is <br />scheduled for the meeting of March 25.
