Keith <br />suggested using the submitted photos for each prompt in a collage so everyone can look at what <br />else was submitted. Bryan thought this would be a good spin on the "You know you're from <br />North Olmsted if..." phrase. A hashlag will be created to use on Instagram and Facebook. <br />Stephanie will send out a committee update to the commission since it wil I start before the next <br />meeting. <br />Veberans Art Gallery <br />Nicole sent out a mockup of the virtual gallery and the call for artists. A oommitbee meeting will <br />be scheduled to finai ize the details. <br />Yoga in the Park <br />Due to the restrictions on large gatherings, there will be no June event Parks and Rec is still <br />hoping to have an event in July if the guidelines change. <br />Oxcart Pantry shed <br />Leah asked if painting the shed at the Oxcart Pantry is still an option. Kim was not sure if the <br />Pantry staff would be in favor of this due to responsibility for the st t Lure and maintenance <br />concerns, but perhaps an event rather than a long term commitrnent could work. Any proposal <br />would need to be well tino fight out and in partnership with the pantry. <br />Holiday EveMs <br />Kim recommended officially canceling North Olmsted Noel this year due lo, the uncertainty of <br />the pandemic. The commission is encouraged to think of alternative ways to engage with the <br />oornnrnunity over the holidays which can be disarmed at an upcoming meeting. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Community Council Utxlafie <br />There will be no Homecoming event this year. Community Council asked if the commission <br />would be doing holiday decorations this year. Kim did not think it would be a good idea to spend <br />money on additional decorationsthis year duelo, budget concerns.
