Mr. Papotto moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey, to approve the following variance for 20- <br />17503; Jamestown Apartments; 4809 Columbia Road: <br />2. A variance for dumpster receptacles in the front yard; code only permits receptacles in <br />the side or rear yard, applicant shows two dumpster receptacles in the front yard <br />(Columbia Road), Section 1161.11(A). <br />Motion denied 2-3, Mr. Allain and Mr. Mackey voted yes. <br />Mr. Papotto moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey, to approve the following variance for 20- <br />17503; Jamestown Apartments; 4809 Columbia Road: <br />3.
