Mr. Schumann explained that most of the photos do not have context with them but <br />would be helpful for the photos to be scanned and kept in the commission and the OHS archives. <br />Ms. Lieber suggested the group with the best resources to manage photos. Mr. Gearhart said the <br />plans for the OHS archive room have been paused because of COVID-19 and he thought they <br />would be stored better in the commission archives. Mr. Dubowski suggested the agreement be <br />scanned to help preserve it due to its condition. <br />M. Schumann moved, seconded by Ms. Schuler, to accept the sign photos and the Crocker - <br />Stearns agreement into the Landmarks Commission archives, motion passed 7-0. <br />Certificates of Appropriateness <br />Minor changes for 25800, 25845, 25783, 25976 and 25912 Butternut Ridge Road for roof <br />replacements were approved since the last meeting.
