Property is zoned A -One Family Residence.
1. A 10 sq. ft. variance for size of a storage building, code permits 150 sq. ft., applicant shows
160 sq. ft., Section 1135.02(C)(2).
Ms. Lieber said the applicant is proposing to install a new storage building. Based upon the lot
size, the property can accommodate a 150 square foot structure. The applicant proposes an eight
by 20 foot, 160 square foot storage building. Ms. Dixon said her family is combining two homes
and they need the extra space for their yard and lawn equipment. A smaller shed is not ideal
since the larger shed is a better price and will accommodate more. She thought the shed fits the
lot and added that she had a new fence installed along the back of the property. Ms. Lieber
thought the request was minimal and would not have a detrimental effect on the neighborhood,
Ms. Patton and Mr. Allain agreed. Mr. Mackey thought the resident has already demonstrated an
improvement to the property with the fence and was in favor of the proposal.
Mr. Papotto moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey, to approve the following variance for 20-
18204; Judith Dixon; 6758 Warrington Drive:
