CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BUILDING & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />2020 INDEX <br />The Building & Zoning Board of Appeals minutes of June 1, 2020 are submitted for <br />approval. <br />20-16778; Bill Watters; 3274 Bridgeport Drive <br />Proposal consists of a deck in the rear yard. Property is zoned C -One Family Residence. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. A 20 ft. variance for a rear yard setback for a deck addition; code requires 50 ft., <br />applicant shows 30 ft., Section 1135.06(D) <br />20-16783; Joseph Davis; 6787 Warrington Drive <br />Proposal consists of a privacy fence on a corner lot.
