CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BUILDING & ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS <br />2020 INDEX <br />20-17273: Mukhammad Kamalov_ 27478 Cottonwood Trail <br />Proposal consists of a front porch. Property is zoned A -One Family Residence. <br />The following variance is requested: <br />1. An 8 ft. 11 in. variance for the front yard setback; code requires 50 feet to the street line, <br />applicant provides 41 ft. 1 in.; Section 1135.06 (a).
