Mr. Papotto moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey, to approve the following variance for 21- <br />18997; Recess; 26636 Brookpark Extension: <br />1. A 108 sq. ft. variance for excessive sign area per building unit; code permits 55 square <br />feet based upon faVade width, applicant shows 208 sq. ft. (100 sq. ft. existing + 108 sq. ft. <br />proposed), Table 1163.12-1. <br />Motion denied 2-2, Mr. Papotto and Ms. Patton voted no. <br />COMMUNICATIONS <br />Virtual Meetings <br />Ms. Lieber said the State has allowed virtual meetings through the end of June but there is a <br />pending bill that would continue virtual meetings until the end of the year. Staff is hoping to <br />have the flexibility to continue virtual meetings but will update the Board as decisions are made. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Mr. Papotto moved, seconded by Mr. Mackey, to excuse the absence of Mr. Rahm, motion <br />passed 4-0. <br />With no further business, the meetin adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />Eric Allain, Chair Nicole Ramb -Ackerman, Administrative <br />Assistant <br />Approved: '7 Z <br />
